Where nothing is overlooked except the scenery...
Our cattery, based just outside of Salisbury Wiltshire, is one of a growing number of catteries using the UPVC designed accommodation from Pedigree Pens.
We opened on 1st August 2008 with 9 units, but demand for our services has been such that we have expanded twice since that time. To ensure you are not disappointed, we would recommend early booking as demand is always high.
In addition, in response to customer demand, we also provide accommodation for small pets such as rabbits and guinea pigs using 'The Eglu Pet' homes.
These are the classic rabbit hutches supplied by Omlet Ltd (www.omlet.co.uk) and provide secure double skinned housing to keep your small pets warm in winter and cool in summer, are draft free ventilated, and have secure 2 metre runs.

We are a family run business offering first class accommodation for your small pets and cats. Our luxury boarding cattery has been designed and built to meet the guidelines published by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and is in accordance with the standards laid down by the Feline Advisory Bureau (FAB).
We are conveniently situated on the A338 in the picturesque village of Winterbourne Gunner, 4 miles to the north east of Salisbury.

The cattery accommodation is spacious - each pen allows for up to 3 cats sharing from the same family. We also have larger family pens that will accommodate 4 cats from the same family. Each pen is heated by thermostatically controlled panel heaters.
All cats boarding at Riverside must be fully vaccinated against Feline Respiratory Disease (cat flu) and Feline Enteritis. Owners will be required to show their cats inoculation certificates on arrival at the cattery. We regret that we cannot accept cats without proof of inoculation. It is advisable that cats are regularly treated against fleas and worms at least 7 days prior to boarding.
Similarly, your small pets must also be fully vaccinated, details of which can be confirmed at the time of booking as these will depend on the type of pet.

Monday to Saturday: 09.00 - 11.30
and Monday to Friday: 16.00 - 18.00
Sunday/Bank Holidays: Closed
We are happy to take telephone calls between the hours of 08:30 and 18:00 for bookings. If we are feeding the cats when you call please leave a message and we will be happy to phone you back.
